CAD Design
Using the rich library of manufacturer models of components and commercial parts, now readily available, all work is modelled in AutoCAD 3D for documentation purposes but most important, so that the system can be visualized and defined prior to detaling and fabrication.
Custom tooling, structures and other features are desiged using modular/modified off the shelf components where possible, which leads to lower costs and quicker parts availability.
Familiarity and experience with the many machine elements which are available is the competitive advantage we bring to bear on every design.
